This is a small beach which I used to visit numerous times when I was younger, it is nearly always full of tiny shells. The Shetland name for a Cowrie is a Grottie Buckie …which are to be found among the sand if you look hard enough.

New Shop Open, North Rock Gallery

I have been very busy renovating and decorating a commercial property into a new Shop/Gallery called North Rock Gallery. This shot was taken after we painted everything white in the Gallery space (and before the flooring) a very satisfying moment. Its been a lot of hard work and once things are underway I will get back to posting images on a more regular basis again.
